An easy to prepare Zone diet legal breakfast.
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup egg substitute
1 tsp olive oil
1 slice fat free cheese
2 strips turkey bacon, cooked
1 medium soft tortilla
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix egg substitute with olive oil. Scramble.
2. Wrap eggs, turkey bacon and cheese in a soft tortilla.
Prep: 2 minutes
Cook: 10 minutes
