Day Three of the Three Day Diet

Photobucket Pictures, Images and Photos
It is the third and final day of the three day diet. I have to admit that it feels like I have been on this diet a lot longer than three days. I feel like I have deprived myself for weeks, I am most discouraged by my lack of results coupled with constant hunger. I mean you can take one it the other. It the combination makes this gig not worth it for me. I have lost a total of two pounds. So I sit disappointed. People from many different sources with no ties to promoting this diet lost five to ten pounds even when they cheated. I have to say I did not expect to lose ten pounds anyway. I said I would be happy with any weight loss but at two pounds, I am simply not happy. I know that is wrong since I would have been thrilled to lose two pounds had I dieted properly. I guess we all want the quick fix and no matter how hard we try there isn’t one. I knew that going in but some secret port of me wanted to the person who lost weight.

I was asked why I think I may not have seen success. Well, I know I lacked in drinking the right amount of water. I also did not get enough sleep on a nightly basis. In addition, I had no time to work out. I know that sounds like a lame thing to admit but I had an usually busy week. Perhaps the combination prevented me from losing a few more pounds.

Day 3:

Breakfast: Black coffee or tea (Sweet & Low or Equal) or water, 5 regular saltine crackers, 1 oz.(slice) cheddar cheese, and 1 apple

Lunch: 1 hard-boiled egg, 1 slice toast, and black coffee or tea (Sweet & Low or Equal) or water

Dinner: 1 cup tuna, 1 cup carrots, 1 cup cauliflower, 1 cup melon, ½ cup regular vanilla ice cream, and black coffee or tea (Sweet & Low or Equal) or water
