The first thing that many people notice about Presidents’ Day is that it comes with a three-day weekend. Schools are closed, banks are closed, and your workplace might be closed as well. Stores, however, will be open and having big sales. Here are some of the Presidents’ Day Sales that will be going on through Monday, February 18, 2013 (or even longer).
Sears is having a “Presidents’ Day Sale and Values Event”. It will end on Wednesday, February 20, 2013. The sale is taking place both in the store and online (with some sales that are online exclusives). The items included in the sale are up to 60% off. Things like appliances, mattresses, Spring fashions, and Craftsman power tools are part of the sale.
Kmart is having a “Presidents’ Day Sale”. The sale will be valid through Monday, February 18, 2013. It takes place both in-store and online. TVs are up to 20% off. Spring fashions are up to 30% off. Take an extra 10% off furniture, patio furniture, bed and bath items, and fitness equipment if you shop online.
Barnes & Noble has several sales going on right now. Save 40% on select CDs of Grammy Winner and Nominees. Craft and Hobbies books are 50% off. They have a new tote that is on sale. The Black History Month tote has an image of a woman reading on it. The work is called “Deep in Thought” and was designed by LaShun Beal. The tote is on sale for $4.95, when you buy any 2 items. The tote offer is “while supplies last”.
Old Navy has a “Kidtacular Kids & Baby Sale” that will last through Wednesday, February 20. Maternity items are included in the sale. Everything is up to 40% off. There is an offer on their website that will give you either 15% off or 20% off (if you use your Old Navy Card, GapCard, or BananaCard.) It also comes with an online code: ONPDAY.
Gap has a “Red, Bright, and Blue” sales event. It will last through Monday, February 18, 2013. You get 30% off your online purchase when you use the code GAPBRIGHT. You get up to 40% off your in-store purchase. The discount will be taken at the register.
Victoria’s Secret is having a “Limited Time!” sale. Get 20% off a single item. If you shop the sale online, use the code SHOP20. This sale is valid through February 18, 2013.
Kohl’s is having a “Presidents’ Day Sale” that will end on February 24, 2013. Use your Kohl’s Charge, and you will get an extra 15% off, or an extra 20% off, or an extra 30% off of everything.
