Q&A A Day

This is not your typical book review. Actually it’s not a book review at all, it’s a journal review and I think this is the best idea I’ve seen in a while. It’s called Q&A a day 5 year journal. I like to give unusual gifts and when I saw this I knew I had to buy it.

The idea behind this journal is to record your thoughts every day for five years. Yes, I know that is what most journals so but what makes this so different is that it asks you a question every day and there is space to write your answers for five years. The thing that I really like about this is that not only can you go back and see what was going on in your life five years ago, you can see how your thoughts about certain subjects have changed in five years.

Some of the questions include:
*January 1st- What is your mission?
*March 22nd- Write down a news story from today.
*April 28th- Who would you trade places with for just one day?
*June 20th- Write the first sentence of your autobiography.
*August 26th- What is the best part of your life right now?
*November 26th- What three words describe your family?

I love the questions but I really love the idea behind this journal. To be able to go back and know exactly how you felt about something last year or five years ago is going to be really interesting. I bought one of these for myself, one for my daughter who is 18 and one for my niece who is 24. My daughter and my niece are so young, just getting started on this journey to adulthood, who knows what the next five years will hold for them? I can’t wait to laugh with them when we look back five years from now.
