It’s Crayola’s Birthday!

Happy Birthday Crayola!

Crayola makes me smile.  I know it may sound a bit silly but bringing out a new box of Crayola crayons is one of my favorite things to do with my kids.  Afternoons spent with a new set of crayons, plenty of paper, and giggling kids, will always be some of my favorite memories. And yes, it must be Crayola.  We are crayon snobs in my home and only Crayola will do.  When my son was little he thought crayons equaled Crayola and was surprised to learn other crayon companies existed.  My oldest daughter used to organize her box of crayons in her own way when she was little.  My two little girls just want to color and enjoy hearing the creative crayon color names.  The color names are my favorite too!  So, celebrating a Crayola birthday is special around here.  After 110 years, Crayola is still the most popular brand of crayons.Do you want to help join in the celebration?  Hop over to the Crayola Facebook page and join the Birthday Adventure with the original eight crayons.  Those crazy crayons are throwing a birthday bash at the new fun-omenal Crayola Experience, the world’s only interactive Crayola family attraction. But they need your help to spread the word!  Follow the crayons on their adventure, learning more about the colors, and a chance to  WIN a trip for 4 to celebrate their birthday and the Grand Opening of the all new Crayola Experience this coming May, 2013!  I know I would want to be in line when the Crayola Experience reopens.

The Crayola Experience features one of a kind attractions and interactive exhibits to get your imagination soaring with color as you visit all four floors of colorful wonder.  The winner will get a free 3 night–all expenses paid–trip to experience it for themselves.
