From pioneers to the scriptures to helping our youth, this week has brought a great deal of variety. I hope you will find something to help you in your spiritual walk.

Monday, July 23rd: In Pray for Comfort, we talked about praying throughout our trials. In How Do You Know When You’ve Lost the Spirit?, we talk about the slow and gradual loss of the Holy Ghost. And in General Conference: “To the Aaronic Priesthood: Preparing for the Decade of Decision,” we reviewed Elder Robert D. Hales talk to the young men of the church.

In Faith of Our Fathers: Modern Day Pioneers, we talked about the role of converts to the church in preserving their heritage. And in Relief Society: Cliques, we talked about the fact that we all tend to form circles of friends in Relief Society, rather than branching out.

Wednesday, July 25th: In Sacrifice and the Pioneers, we discussed the hardships the pioneers went through. In Likening the Scriptures to Ourselves, we talked about putting ourselves into the scriptures as we study them. In Young Women: Thanking Your Leaders, we talked about ways to show gratitude. And in Seeking Revelation, we talked about finding answers to our prayers.

Thursday, July 26th: In Organize Your Family, we talked about how to balance the spiritual walk of our families. In LDS Acronyms, we continued our discussion of those Mormon “code” words. In Getting Along With Others, we talked about ways to improve our relationships with people we might struggle with. And in Young Men: Activities and Interests, we talked about five ways leaders can appeal to the young men.

Friday, July 27th: In Stake Activities: Reaching Out to the Community, we looked at ways to reach out beyond our church into the world we interact with on a daily basis. In General Conferences From the Past: Look to God and Live, we talked about the need to keep our eyes on the Lord. In Given Up on Your Marriage?, we talked about ways to improve our marital relationship.

Saturday, July 28th: In Have You Drifted Away?, we discussed the need to analyze whether or not we are on the path we need to be on. And In Share Your Testimony, we discussed ways to bear our testimony beyond fast Sunday.
