“Dancing with the Stars” hottie Julianne Hough is the proud new owner of a diamond and18-karat, white-gold ring. Only it didn’t come from her fiancé. Or, make that, former fiancé. Rather, the mega-watt sparkler was a gift from someone who wants to be her new fiancé—-actor Kevin Connolly. The 33-year-old “Entourage” star is in L-O-V-E with the 19-year-old professional dancer.
