Lifetime Movie about Foster Care airs Saturday

Tomorrow night (Saturday February 28), the cable channel Lifetime will air an original movie about the foster care system, and more specifically about the dilemma of one teen, raised in foster care (and sometimes abused there), about to turn 18 and “age out” of the system. The teen’s name is America, which is also the title of the movie. Did you hear that? That ear numbing YAWP wasn’t coming from Fat Tuesday celebrations in New Orleans; rather it was the reaction from millions of men who are in love with Megan Fox. The actress just confirmed that she is no longer engaged to actor Brian Austin Green. The 22-year-old smoking-hot beauty had been dating 35-year-old Green for the past four years. Warren Beatty Sues as Rosie O’Donnell Returns

Remember back in 1990 when Warren Beatty both starred in and produced Dick Tracy? I never saw the flick (personally, I was more interested in the Warren Beatty/Madonna hookup that resulted from it), but apparently, plenty of people did. The film earned more than $160 million worldwide. It seems that in order to make the film, Beatty had to strike a deal with the Chicago Tribune, which owned the rights to the comic strip. You didn’t really think she would stay away forever, did you? The rumors that have been flying around for months have finally been confirmed: Rosie O’Donnell is returning to the airwaves as host of her own TV variety show titled “Rosie’s Variety Hour.” (Original, huh?) According to Variety, O’Donnell’s new show will debut on November 26th on NBC. They’ve tried doing the show with a loud-mouthed dictator at the helm. And prior to that they tried to keep audiences while a self-absorbed, shoe-loving diva sat at the table.
