Four months ago Nicole Richie told reporters that she would rather have a nap than another baby, but apparently her rocker boyfriend got his way. According to Richie’s boy toy, Joel Madden, the couple is prepping to add a new kiddo to the mix. Nicole’s 82 Minutes In Jail

Her massages and manicures have lasted longer… Eighty-two minutes. That’s how long Nicole Richie spent in jail prior to being set free. According to news reports, a pregnant Richie entered an L.A. jail at 3:15 p.m. on Thursday. She was then processed into the system and released at 4:37 p.m. Now that’s fast. Officials with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department told reporters the reality TV star only spent 82 minutes of her four-day sentence in jail because the facility is overcrowded. Nicole Richie Jail Bound

Now BFFs Nicole Richie and Paris Hilton have one more thing in common—serving time. Just a few hours ago the 25-year-old daughter of Lionel Richie pleaded guilty to driving under the influence of drugs and was sentenced to 90 hours in jail (roughly 4 days) and fined more than $2,000 by a judge who admonished her behavior. According to news reports, the judge also gave Richie three years’ probation and warned her that if ever drove drunk again and killed someone she would be charged with murder instead of manslaughter.
