Winona Ryder Hospitalized and Julianne Hough Says Goodbye

Actress Winona Ryder was hospitalized briefly yesterday. She was on a flight from Los Angeles to London when she suddenly fell ill, causing the airplane to make a special landing. Before the flight landed at Heathrow Airport, the British Airways pilot radioed the air traffic control tower to notify them that a female passenger on board was in need of medical attention. A statement from British Airways said “Our cabin crew looked after [Ryder] as much as they could onboard and our passenger services staff also accompanied her to the hospital. FINALLY! Cloris Leachman lovers may be crushed, but personally I couldn’t be more thrilled that the 82-year-old Oscar winner has finally been booted from the ballroom. Hmmm… maybe this is the real reason his fiancee dumped him. Julianne Hough , we should have believed you from the get go. “Dancing with the Stars” champ Helio Castroneves may be shimming his way into a prison cell if federal prosecutors get their way. The pro racecar driver turned celebrity hoofer on the hit ABC dance competition was indicted yesterday in a federal income tax case in Florida. Forget about Jessica Simpson… my boy Derek Hough was taken to the hospital for a real emergency. Luckily, it wasn’t serious enough to keep him from standing by his partner Shannon Elizabeth last night on Dancing with the Stars’ results show, but still… According to news reports, DWTS pro Hough injured his neck while he was rehearsing a routine with his sister Julianne and fellow Dancing pro Mark Ballas.
