While the Humane Society is busy trying to get McDonald’s to use cage-free hen raising practices, PETA is continuing to fight other battles. The battle this week is with reality star Kim Kardashian. No, Kim didn’t wear fur or eat meat, but she did abuse a kitten, according to PETA. Kardashian posted a photo of herself holding a kitten by the scruff of the neck. Man, do I feel sorry for Corky Ballas. His freshman season on “Dancing with the Stars” and he gets stuck with Cloris Leachman. The octogenarian runs her mouth more than she does her feet and she lives to dance another week. Incredible. Finally! After a long summer my toe-tapping, tutu wearing, twirling toddler (okay, she’s more preschooler than toddler) will once again get to shimmy and shake with the best of them.
