I greatly admire anyone who can do once a month cooking for freezer meals. I just can’t do that, nor do I want to make the effort of spending an entire day cooking, even it if means that I won’t have to cook for the rest of the month. I had two tubes of refrigerated crescent rolls. I had at least a cup full of cinnamon/brown sugar mix left over from the last time that I made cinnamon rolls. If you’re like me, you only eat turkey once a year. Actually, I should clarify that. If you’re like me you only make turkey once a year. After all, who needs the hassle of preparing a whole turkey more than that? Not me. I am notorious for turkey mishaps.
