You can if your name is Bob Hezzelwood. The 61-year-old Florida man was ticketed by a sheriff’s deputy for wearing a Speedo bathing suit at the beach– and now he’s suing the sheriff’s department. Hezzelwood said he has been visiting Bonita Beach in Bonita Springs, Florida for nearly a decade in his Speedo and no one has confronted him or complained about his appearance.
