We haven’t heard much from the old Vatican Assassin lately, but in my opinion, love Charlie Sheen though I do, that has been a good thing. However, this week, he’s been back with a mellower, calmer vengeance. Sheen was a presenter at the 63rd Emmy Awards last Sunday night. Secrets of Long Lasting Marriages

I love finding stories of long lasting marriages. Most of them are young marriages but they have to been married young to be able to rack up that many years. One recently was Norm and Ona Leffler. He was 20 and she was 19 when they married. This year they received among their congratulatory messages, one from Queen Elizabeth, one from the Governor General and one from the Prime Minister of Australia. Hollywood Patriarch Dies

I recently blogged about the wonderful new addition Emmy-winning actress Mariska Hargitay and her husband welcomed into their home—a baby boy named August. Unfortunately, the tears of joy Hargitay shed just a few months ago have now turned to tears of sorrow. The actress’s father Mickey Hargitay, the actor and world champion bodybuilder died late last week. He was 80 years old. According to news reports, Hargitay died Thursday in Los Angeles of multiple myeloma.
