I was watching “The Tyra Banks Show” a couple days ago, and the conversation that went on really irked me. The guests of the show were parents who entered their children in beauty pageants, and Tyra was clearly not a supporter of such activity. When I saw the headline “Tyra’s latest diet plan”, I just had to shake my head. I have got to say that Tyra Banks is one of the most beautiful and shapely women on TV these days and I don’t think that lady needs to lose an ounce! Recently I blogged about former super model Tyra Banks’ 20-pound weight gain and her in-your-face-finger-wagging rant to critics who called her “fat.” Now, Banks is sticking it to the tabloids yet again by modeling a bikini in this year’s Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition. In 1997, Banks became the first black supermodel to appear solo on the cover of the Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition wearing a skimpy bikini.
