My Cute Cake Adventures

When spring comes, I typically don’t start thinking about growing things in the garden, but rather creating things in the kitchen, specifically cakes. We have a lot of birthdays in the spring and summer in this family, and everyone expects a special cake. Adolf Hitler Denied Birthday Cake

What if you were only three and your name sparked revulsion everywhere you went? That seems to be the case for little Adolf Hitler Campbell, a cute little blonde boy with big eyes who was denied a birthday cake at a local New Jersey Shoprite because the employees did not want to write his name on his birthday cake. Birthday Cake – Get Out

First it was fast foods and the short line, then it was soda and now it’s birthday cake. School districts are going to start banning anything that doesn’t fall into the ‘healthy’ part of the food pyramid, I just see it coming. What’s started this? An Illinois school district just approved a new health plan. This health plan would ban students (and by extension their parents) from bringing cakes or cupcakes to the classroom in order to celebrate their birthdays. Pause for a moment to consider that.
