If you are Suzanne Somers’ neighbors you have to be wondering if she is a lightning rod of sorts. Can lightning really strike the same place twice? The actress and her family have been forced to evacuate their temporary residence in Malibu as a ferocious wildfire closes in. Sadly, the former “Three’s Company” star knows the drill all to well. Olivia Newton-John and “Titanic” director James Cameron may soon be sifting through charred remains of their homes if fierce Santa Ana winds don’t shift or die down. The celebrities are just a handful of Malibu residents whose palatial mansions are in the path of a raging wildfire. Hundreds in the area have been forced to evacuate their properties, including the family of country music superstar Tanya Tucker. “That’s Not Hot”

Apparently, imitation is not the sincerest form of flattery… at least not to Paris Hilton. The millionairess has just filed a lawsuit against Hallmark Cards over the use of her picture and catchphrase “That’s hot.” The card company reportedly designed a greeting card with a title that reads: “Paris’s First Day as a Waitress.” Underneath the line is a photo of Hilton’s face sitting on a cartoon version of a waitress serving a plate of food to a diner.
