Shortbread is by far my husband’s favorite. It’s not difficult to see why. Flaky, buttery, and rich, these delightful squares will satisfy even the pickiest of sweet tooth’s. Try these with a lovely cup of tea or as a light breakfast or snack. Shortbread Squares With Walnuts

If you’re not a baker, then this is the dessert for you. Utilizing only three ingredients (not counting the topping), this is a dessert you can almost make with your eyes closed! My husband loves shortbread. And the best part is that it’s delicious in a variety of ways. You can make it plain with nothing on top. It’ll be buttery and delicious.
