Apple Butter Chicken Thighs

Apple Butter Chicken Thighs
A sweet and savory combination of chicken and apples.

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb chicken thighs
1/4 cup apple butter
1/4 cup molasses
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
2 medium apples, peeled and grated

DIRECTIONS:
1. In medium bowl, stir together all ingredients except chicken to make a marinade.
2. Add the chicken and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
3. Preheat the broiler. Line a broiler pan with aluminum foil and then set chicken in it.
4. Broil for 13-15 minutes, turning the chicken occasionally and brushing it with marinade.

Prep: 65 minutes
Cook: 15 minutes
Serves: 4
