It isn’t as easy to find free Chanukah apps, but there are some that are available for iPhone and iPad. Unfortunately, there aren’t any free Chanukah apps for Android devices right now.

The app shows an animated Menorah, and shows you how many candles to light for each day of Chanukah. It also has Chanukah prayers in Hebrew, English, and Transliterated. The prayers are professionally sung by Mo Kiss. This app was updated on December 1, 2011.
123 Color: Hanukkah Coloring Book is a FREE app that is compatible with iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad. This app is the Hanukkah edition of the popular children’s app called “123 Color”. Press a number, and the app will say it in both English and Hebrew. It will do the same for letters. There are several Hanukkah related images that you can color in.
My Hanukkah is a FREE app that is compatible with iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad. This app shows you a virtual Menorah. The appropriate number of candles will appear on it each day in Hanukkah. You can light the candles by touching them. The app also has a function called “Bless” that you can play. This app can be used in English or Hebrew.
Aint Bubbies Dreidel is an app created by Cool Your Boots. It is compatible with iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad. This app shows a dreidel that you can actually spin, just like a real one. Put your iPhone down on a table, or other smooth surface. Spin it. The dreidel will spin along with your phone. You can choose from three different dreidel shapes, and dozens of different patterns.
