Get A Free Drink At Peet’s Coffee & Tea

Peets Coffee sign Whether you prefer tea or coffee, you can find it at Peet’s Coffee & Tea. What started off as a little corner coffee shop in Berkley, California, has grown to a recognizable brand nationwide. They have their own line of tea, and their coffee is made up of the finest quality coffee beans. No matter which you like better, coffee or tea, you can use a coupon to get yourself a free drink, when you buy a drink for a friend.

I am fortunate enough to live in a town that has a whole lot of coffee shops. There are several Starbucks stores nearby, which I tend to frequently visit. This, however, doesn’t stop me from wanting to pop in to the local Peet’s Coffee & Tea from time to time. It’s a nice change of atmosphere from Starbucks.

My husband is a coffee drinker, while I usually prefer tea. Every once in a while, I will get a coffee based drink. Personally, I tend to find the coffee from Peet’s Coffee & Tea to be much less acidic than the coffee from Starbucks. It just seems smoother, somehow.

Right now, Peet’s Coffee & Tea has a coupon that will work perfectly for two people who come visit the store together. The coupon can be found online, and you must print it out and use it when you buy your drink. The coupon gives you a free Peet’s beverage when you buy one for a friend. It’s a nice way of saying “Buy One, Get One Free”. The two drinks do not have to be exactly the same, which is nice, because it means that I can get a tea, and my husband can get a coffee, and we can still use the coupon. It’s always nice when a coupon gives you a ton of choices about what you would like to get for free.

There are some limitations, however. The beverage you purchase, and the beverage you get for free, must be the same size. You cannot decide to pay for a drink in the smallest size, and then expect to get one of the largest size for free. It amazes me that people would think that was how the coupon that was intended to be used. My best guess is that enough people tried to use it that way, hence the need to specifically state that the drinks must both be the same size. You cannot use the coupon with juice, kids drinks, or the bottled beverages. You can only use one of these coupons per visit, and you must use it before Tuesday, January 18, 2011.
